In Pakistan, females who speak out against their rapists often more strongly condemned than their alleged attackers. Some are even killed by their own families.

‘Outlawed in Pakistan’ is an incredible documentary by filmmakers Habiba Nosheen and Hilke Schellmann. In the documentary, they follow victim Kainat Soomro’s quest to speak out about her trauma and navigate through Pakistan’s justice system.
